I am 67 years old and I use this to stretch my back, legs, arms, and feet. This is perfect because you can get a really great stretch to start our your day. This will last forever! I highly recommend this product!

Can't speak for durability as it's a recent purchase. Similar to the one used in physical therapy sessions. Feels sturdy. I was, asked at the gym by a member where she can order it.
