These are nice wide pedals and they have reflectors, built in. The colors are attractive and the evenly spaced knobs grip your shoes very well. They were easy to install (as they use Hex wrenches). Instructions were good and I love how the pedals work and how they make my bike look. I compared a lot of pedals, before settling on these. The seller was prompt and the product arrived in great condition. They seem sturdy and they are priced decently.

Riding about 40 miles a week on mostly flat Florida roads on a 'hybrid' MTB/Comfort bike (not electric). I found my feet continually slipping one way or another with the barely aggressive stock pedals (Schwinn). These CXWXC Road/MTB Bike Pedals seem to be a perfect blend of grip without tearing up my regular athletic shoes. Installed on my bike first. then quickly got a set for my wife's bike. Her first ride today with these pedals. and she is as pleased as I am.  Never ride in the rain. never use a hose on the bikes. so can't speak if any water issues. I'll update if anything fails.

Decided that I didn’t want to use clipless pedals and special shoes anymore, and these pedals are working great. Went on a 27 mile ride today and had absolutely zero trouble with my feet slipping, they stayed firmly in place.

I wanted some metal pedals. I don't like the flex of the plastic ones. That said there are plenty of options available except most of them don't have a reflector built in. Since the bike I put them on is mostly written in the street I wanted petals with a reflector. These are not only metal but they also have a reflector and they work great!! Over 50 miles on them so far and they still look like and function like new!

Bought a new Trek Verve 2 and the only thing I replaced was the pedals. These are a bit wider so they provide full width support (Men's 9) and don't taper down towards the outside of pedal. They are alloy and strong. no give when you are cranking. Bearings are smooth and quiet. The studs grip the tread on my trail sneakers and have a very comfortable feel with less foot adjustment. Secondarily. the color matches my bike! What's not to like? PS. make sure you have a set of Allen wrenches.
