    Received this rod/reel combo just a day ago and am impressed with its quality and appearance compared to another collapsible rod I own. Giving it four stars for now, with the intention to upgrade to five stars after a full weekend of use.

    This fishing rod is solid with a sensitive tip and sturdy construction. I initially worried it might feel flimsy and the eyes might break easily, but it performed well. It's a good value for the price.

    It's challenging to collapse once fully expanded. I bought it for my husband for our vacation since it's portable, but he wasn't impressed. Good for beginners, but not ideal for experts.

    I purchased one of these rod/reel combos years ago, and it's still performing well. I bought another for the longer pole and liked its lightweight carbon fiber build. The only issue is that extending the tip too forcefully can make collapsing it a bit tricky.

    Bought this collapsible rod for my husband, who needed something compact for his car. This kit is just what he wanted! He found it easy to set up and collapse. On his first trip, he caught a pickerel with no issues. We're excited to see how it performs over time, but so far, it's been great.

    This rod and reel combo offers great value. The reel extends smoothly and feels sturdy. At the end of the season, it became hard to turn, probably due to saltwater exposure. Luckily, Plussino's customer service was excellent and quickly sent me a replacement reel.

    This rod is incredibly smooth and reliable. I've had two and gave one to my son, who uses it often. It fits perfectly in my Jeep without taking up much space. I've caught several fish with it. The reel works fine, but an upgrade could be considered for better performance.

    This rod is a great deal for its price. It's perfect for travelers who fish casually for an hour or two. Pros: compact, fairly durable, affordable, and easy to use. Cons: limited spool size means you shouldn't expect to catch huge fish like a 25lb alligator gar.

    This rod works well for pond or lake fishing and handling small to medium-sized fish. The reel feels a bit cheap, but for the price, it's decent. Not recommended for larger fish.

    The reel works fine, but some parts of the rod don't collapse properly after being fully extended. You can still use it, but it will be a bit longer to transport.
