    Bought 2 of these for a week's worth of hiking/exploring at. National park. They were roomy, looked great, and had no issues with water bladder or hose. I highly recommend this. Love the cover it comes with ( located at bottom of pack).

    Everything we need for day hiking has a place and the water bladder lasted us about 4 out of 6 miles. I would recommend priming the tube before you go out otherwise you'll have to prime it out in the woods which is sort of a pain unless you and your partner don't mind priming each other's for one another.

    This is a 'budget' day pack but was my first 'real' back pack. Never even considered the hydration aspect of it. I use it for hiking workouts. I stuff about 20 pounds in it and hike about 5-6 miles avg per day. Holds up well and is good-looking.

    This backpack has gone through so many hikes and rock climbing with me!!! Not a single tear!! And I mean , I've scooted down a steep a mountain off extremely sharp loose rocks on my ass and still my backpack had no tear. And I've never had any issues with the water bladder leaking. This is my favorite hiking backpack ever. Hands down.

    My husband who is 6 foot got it for himself but it was wayyy to small. It fits me at 5'2 perfectly. It's looked so silly on him, very tiny. I carry it when we go on the trails with emergency meds I need, our insurance cards, phones and the water of course. I love the bag.

    Just got my awesome hiking backpack today. Have yet to use it. First thoughts.... oh man I think I might have gotten the wrong size. Once opening it up and exploring the backpack.... oh yeah this is the perfect size for a few miles of hiking.

    I have 2 now- 1 per kiddo. Summer camp time-wanted a sturdy backpack they could take which also allowed them to stay hydrated but didn't allow them to bog themselves down lugging nonsensical junk during the day.

    We bought this for hiking in Utah and loved it! We did smaller hikes, not over 4-5 miles, and this backpack had plenty of room to hold snacks, phone, towel.

    I searched long and hard for the perfect backpack and finally found it. It can stretch out too fits lots of gear but easily shrinks back down with the straps if you only need it for the hydration pouch for a nice hike.

    I didn't realize how small 18 liters is, so I returned it for the 22 liter. It's made well though so if it's your size, it's a great choice. A couple pockets, nothing too crazy.
