    This headgear is both good quality and affordable. It fits me perfectly, and if it happens to not fit initially, it's easily adjustable by unzipping and resizing. It provides great protection against punches without causing any discomfort.

    Although I haven't had a chance to spar with this headgear yet, it fits me perfectly. As a 5-foot-7, 160-pound adult, the medium size I ordered is an ideal fit, and I believe it would also work well for someone slightly larger than me.
