Great stove, very small, well made, storage bag is a plus’s( lays very flat ) . I have mine in GHB because it’s a bit small for other uses. I works well with, wood ( twigs ), alcohol burners, or solid fuel tablets . There are lots of these small stoves out there, but I like this one because it’s pined together on hinges and doesn’t fall apart when being moved when assembled. I’ve only used it a couple of time to try it out, it seems sturdy ,easy to use and handles SS water bottles and cups without issues.

This stove is made to last. Convenient hinge and pin design make it perfect for cold weather when your hands may not be working at their potential. Fit's a canteen cup well. And additional alcohol burner makes this stove even more convenient. Alcohol stove does come with a o-ring'd screw on lid, an adjustable dampening cap, and a fabric sinch style carrying pouch. Wood pockets stove comes with ash rack, alcohol stove plate, and fabric carrying pouch. All of which can fit into the palm of your hand. Very handy unit.

I have used this stove several times in my yard and on bikepacking trips. It assembles and disassembles quickly and easily. Fires burn really hot Nd usually only takes 5 or 6 minutes to boil water. Great stove. Love it!

I purchased this to fill a gap in my cook kits. I have had gas and alcohol stoves in the past but never a wood stove. The price was right and as an added bonus. I got another alcohol stove. The wood stove itself came packaged in its own carry bag and the alcohol stove came it its own bag as well. They even included a small piece of sand paper to make the hole for the alcohol stove fit easier. It only took a few short minutes of sanding for a nice clean fit. The wood stove holds together nicely unlike the older. non-hinged. model which did not.

Gave one to my son who was preparing for a weekend solo hike. Came back with all positive comments about the set. Worked well both with twigs and alcohol. although the twig method will require a steady feed and be sure you are using hardwoods and not pine. cedar or other evergreen twigs. Recommend practicing with it a few times in the back yard to get your method down. Metal cool enough to pack 5 minutes after extinguishing the flames and coals - faster if it's cold outside. Not as clean as a gas stove but much lighter and more versatile. Will likely be getting one to add to my pack.

The stove snaps together easily. The burner works great. I only had 70-percent alcohol on hand today. but it still burned fine. The burner does not seem to leak. either. I've left it filled and sealed. upside down. The alcohol stays in. This will easily fit into a pouch next to my canteen/cup. Hot tea or coffee in the woods. anytime I like. Also a great little heater for those days when you just need to warm your hands and feet for a few minutes. May buy another.
