    It's the perfect size to fit in my office at work and use during my lunch break. Assembly was a breeze. It provides a much more intense workout than I anticipated!

    Assembly is a breeze..you can feel the burn instantly. The only downside is it's not recommended for use over 15 minutes.

    Well, it functions -- but the resistance bands WERE NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOX, and I paid extra for app tracking, but the app keeps crashing. Disappointing.

    This equipment is excellent, although I struggle a bit with balancing so it doesn't feel too heavy on my feet. It gives a serious workout and really makes you sweat. I only use it for 10 minutes but it's fantastic, I love it.

    This is excellent for a quick 15-minute daily addition to your exercise routine. I appreciate the cardio it provides and the count is always spot on! My legs are feeling fantastic now that I've moved up to 30-minute sessions.
