    It would be great to have a simple guide on fishing knots included with the kit, explaining the uses of different knots. Other than that, it's a fantastic value for kids who are keen on fishing and want to manage their own gear.

    I bought this for my three year old grandchild, and both the pole and case are of good quality. The small case has handy compartments and includes a small rubber fish for practicing casting and reeling. Highly recommend!

    These kits were a gift for my 6 year old twins, and they absolutely love them! They do need some help putting things together. The bag is very useful, and their favorite feature is the bells that attach to the end of the pole. Can't wait to take them to the pond!

    When we opened the fishing bag, all the accessories were scattered around and not in their designated spots. The pole hasn't been used yet since it's winter, but it looks promising. My child is only one year old.

    The vibrant colors will definitely appeal to a 5 year old. However, getting the pole back into the case can be a bit challenging; ours got stuck in the extended position. It's a minor issue, as many poles of this size are usually one piece anyway.

    The fishing pole worked well for my daughter, who caught her first fish with it. However, the extra items included weren't very useful. I rated it 4 stars because there were two black stains on the pole straight out of the box, which made it seem used.

    This setup is very good overall. It has everything a child needs to start fishing. The reel can be upgraded later. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the price; a more affordable option might attract more buyers. It's a great starter kit for kids.

    This telescopic pole is decent for the price. It works well for catching bluegill and other small fish, though it's not as high-end as a St. Croix. I'm still assessing its overall durability, but it performed nicely on my recent trip.

    This rod and reel set has several issues. The reel is quite slow and sometimes doesn't work at all, which is frustrating. The rod could be improved, and the small plastic tackle box doesn't close properly. Overall, not worth the investment.

    This pole is perfect for my beginner child. It performed well during our summer trip, and we managed to catch fish successfully. Just a heads up it's best suited for small fish; larger ones might snap the line.

    The handle came off and got lost in thick grass, which meant my daughter couldn't fish and we had to leave. Plus, the spool cover keeps popping off. Thinking about switching to a more reliable brand.
