    I actually use this as a target for my 25lbs wall-ball to do squat ball tosses with. It can handle just about any level of impact with minimal noise. For boxing, no gloves even needed!

    Normally I would use my Century water based bags for class, but I had to find something that was easy to set up and move. This product worked great. I strapped it to a steel beam and started punching. The thickness was enough that no one in class got hurt punching it . I was extremely satisfied.

    I ordered this as a way for my teen daughter to work off some stress. It's been great! Came with the hanging hardware. and its very solid for this purpose. I like to punch it occasionally too. and it is well padded and all around a great deal.

    My husband and I use these pads to instruct our grandchildren since they are busy with school and a couple of outside activities. There are two six-year-olds and an eleven-year-old. We have a wonderful time but also instruct. I would recommend this product.

    Bought it for the kids to just train at home with due to Covid. Had them a week holding up so far. Thought it was larger kick pad should've looked at the pictures as it's for your arm.

    Perfect for beginners and kids that want to learn punches and kicks. I bought these for my ten year old son. The pads can take a beating and after a few weeks they show no signs of tearing.
